Here are some recent pictures showing people and events in the life of our church from past few years:

Here are a few pictures taken at our Seder Meal held on the 19th April 2008.

This event, although Jewish in origin, is a Passover for Christians. It is a remembrance of the children of Israel’s slavery to the Egyptians and their eventual release from it.

The Seder is a service, a meal and a celebration.

The Bury Congregation made a visit during May 2008 to the sister Unitarian congregation at Ullet Road Church, Liverpool.

Here are 2 general views of diners at our annual barbecue; the steaks are barbequed to perfection outside and the food is eaten in a convivial atmosphere in the coffee lounge.

Derek Worthington - BBQ Chef in chief! Seen here hard at work producing steaks to order.

Tea at Molly's 2009

For the first time in the last three years this event took place in warm sunny weather. There were over 60 people attending, many outside enjoying the sunshine and Molly's beautiful garden. Many volunteers had provided sandwiches and cream scones and the ever popular "Parsons Pimms" was provided by our minister Jeff Gould. The event raised over £300 towards our annual target of £1000 to be donated to the local branch of arc - the arthritis research charity.
